# Statistics

Section leaders can access statistics for the sections they manage and compare radiologists within the same section using charts for productivity, shifts, goals, and more. The distinction between the Productivity within Sections category and Productivity for Individuals lies in the fact that individuals can only view their own data, while the data for others is anonymized.
