# Goals

The section leader can assess the FTE and financial impact from a scheduling perspective if there are changes in productivity on grouping of shifts or specific shifts. 

They can select specific sections, subsections, or individual shifts and make immediate adjustments, receiving real time data from the system on the impact on finances and FTEs.
