Productivity Shift

On the main dashboard's clinical page, radiologists have the opportunity to start a productivity shift.
To do so, they simply need to click START PRODUCTIVITY and choose from available shifts, either the Solicited or Scheduled ones.
There are 2 types of Productivity shifts:
Solicited – used when there are unexpectedly high volumes of incoming exams, manually initiated by section leaders.
Scheduled – used when there is understaffing in the group, and participating radiologists are already aware of the schedule and when to apply for a specific scheduled productivity shift.
You can start a productivity shift only when there is no scheduled shift running. Also, once you start a productivity shift, you have to reach the goal before the next scheduled shift; otherwise, your only option is to delete this shift. It is not possible to start a productivity shift, have a scheduled shift, and then continue the productivity shift.
Once the shift is started, the START PRODUCTIVITY button changes to END PRODUCTIVITY.
When you click on the 'END PRODUCTIVITY' button, a pop-up window with three options will be displayed.
When clicking on the DELETE button, points are returned to the 'pool,' allowing other radiologists to claim them. If you haven't reached the goal before the next scheduled shift, deletion becomes your only option.
The Submit button is disabled until the goal is reached. Once the goal is reached, the SUBMIT button turns green.
When you click on SUBMIT button pop up window displays.
You can see all parties (leader, scheduler, etc.) who receive email notifications that you completed a productivity shift. You have the option to add additional notes (for example, with specifications of reimbursement).
An email notification containing details about the shift is sent to all relevant parties, including yourself.
This button will close the pop-up window, allowing you to continue reading.
