Radiologists can access their individual data, providing information on their workload, QAs, and more.

• Selected FTE - This reflects the radiologist's choice regarding how they wish to work.

• Payrate FTE - The Payrate FTE considers QA as a monetary factor. If there are multiple changes during the year, you can calculate the weighted average of the Payrate in the first row.

• Clinical Points - QAs taken as time lower overall target.

• Points Tracked - These are utilized by the QGenda algorithm for equalization purposes. In an optimally staffed scenario (with neither understaffing nor overstaffing), meeting the Clinical Points target is expected. They are being shown year-to-date. After selecting this option, you can view all points tracked in QGenda.

• Points Actual - Actual Points and QAs points form the basis for your paycheck, including points logged outside the QGenda algorithm.
