The main component of our real-time productivity management module. All important data is visible on one customizable screen.
The first screenshot is the dashboard you will see when you log into DataVibe. It is listed at the top under the tab "Clinical."
Top Left Box and Top Right Box - You can view your current progress and productivity for the day you are working.
Top Middle Box - You can see a box containing a calendar. For each day of the calendar, the circle will be green if you reached the goal for the day you worked and red if you did not. If there is no circle, you did not work clinically that day. Hovering over the circle will display the shifts you worked, the RVU goal for that day, as well as your productivity. This is an easy way to view a full month at a time and quickly review past days if needed. Please note that this metric includes all cases read during the day, so if you stay late to read a few cases, those cases will be counted in this metric, and the circle will turn green.
Middle of Screen - In the middle of the screen, you will see the list of cases you have read during the shift.
At the bottom of the screen, there are three boxes. This bottom row shows your productivity in comparison to others in your section. If you don’t want to see these comparison metrics, you can hide the bottom row by clicking the settings tab at the top and choosing DataVibe Lite from the drop-down menu. This will hide the bottom row if you prefer not to see yourself compared to others on a daily basis.
Bottom Left Box - On the bottom left, the box demonstrates your average productivity over the past 30/90/180 days for the shift you are currently working. This is plotted on a graph that also shows the 50th percentile, 75th percentile, and 25th percentile for this specific shift over the past 30/90/180 days. In the screenshot, this radiologist has an average productivity over the past 90 days on the “Body OvN off-site (1) (2a-7a)” shift of 44.5, and the 50th percentile over the last 90 days of all of these specific shifts is 39.8.
Bottom Right Box - On the far right bottom, there is a graph that shows your average productivity for the group of shifts that your current shift falls into plotted against the productivity of others for that same group of shifts. For example, in the screenshot, this radiologist has an average productivity in all "Body AH" shifts of 44.6. The average, or 50th percentile productivity for all radiologists working all Body AH shifts, is 37.7.
Bottom Middle Box - In the bottom middle box, there is a graph that will show in real-time during a shift what percentage of your productivity goal you have completed and where those also working the same grouping of shifts are relative to their goal. This updates in real-time for everyone working in a shift in that grouping. This is shown by percentage of goal rather than absolute numbers because the goal for one shift may be very different from another. Showing the percentage worked toward the goal lets you see more realistically if you are on pace towards your goal relative to others working shifts in the same grouping.
